A combination of American, Asian, French flavors and techniques learned not only in a professional setting but through living/learning/breathing these experiences. Explore a 15 year culinary journey expressed during a dining experience within your own home. The style is what we call “omakase” which translates to “I leave it up to you,” which reflects the diner's willingness to relinquish control over their meal to the chef. In this meal you will experience a various protiens, vegetables, fruits in either a hot or cold presentation.

Each experience is between 8-14 courses

Over the last 15 years, I have been traveling the world searching for the best ingredients and learning the best techniques in preparing them. Some of the best ingredients that the world has to offer are found/produced in our own back yard! This new option of dining is not meant to push large amounts of product but instead to showcase the beauty that these farms and suppliers have created.

My goal as a chef is to help showcase all of the hard work that the farms/farmers are doing. This is not as easy as it sounds and these farmers are working tirelessly to uphold only the highest standards throughout the whole process!

This is the most exclusive dining package and needs minimum 2 weeks of advanced notice to execute this menu properly! Please plan accordingly and also a 8 person minimum!

What proteins will be used?

Chef Justin is always about using what is best- The proteins could range from duck , local fish and seafood, beef, poultry, game meats just to name a few genres. All of them can be prepared from the classic techniques down to the most modern techniques. This dining experience is about showcasing the ingredient in the best possible way and delivering the best possible product to the guest!
